THE SAL Y LIMON STORY
The story of Sal y Limon is the story of four food enthusiasts — Carolina, Adriana, Pepe and Sebastien — who wanted to share their passion and bring Vancouver Mexican food that was rich with authentic flavour. Nostalgic for the dishes she remembered from her family’s restaurant back in Manzanillo, Mexico, Carolina shared some of those traditional recipes with Chef Pepe and Sal y Limon was born.
Having children themselves, it was important for them to create a restaurant where families would feel welcome and enjoy a great meal in a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
